Ice Cream is my favorite food group. There’s nothing better than sitting down after a long days work and digging into a gallon — I mean… cup of ice cream. However, I’ve been really trying to eat healthier. My husband and I wanted to adopt Whole30 approaches to food in our every day life, but every once in awhile you just need a little bit of Ice Cream, right? Introducing… Cookie Butter Nice Cream!
Cookie Butter Nice Cream
3 Bananas (Sliced, then frozen)
2 Tablespoons of Cookie Butter (I used Trader Joes, but I have heard Biscoff is great!)
In a high speed blender, put your bananas and cookie butter and blend until smooth. You can enjoy right then, or you can put it in a bowl and freeze it until you’re ready to eat!
