Exchange & Return Policy – Craft and Tell

At Craft and Tell, your satisfaction matters. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help with exchanges or issue store credit under certain conditions.

1. Exchange or Credit Note Eligibility

We accept exchange requests or offer store credit only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags and certificates (if any).

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or engraved jewellery
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Made-to-order or custom-sized items
  • Items bought on sale or with a discount

2. How to Request an Exchange or Credit Note

Email info.craftandtell@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for exchange (with photos if damaged)

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

3. Credit Notes

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a credit note valid for future purchases. No cash refunds are provided. Shipping and COD charges are non-creditable.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, if not yet shipped. Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled.
