We are here! We made it! Yahoo! I’m breathing a sigh of relief that I got my curb appeal project mostly done before the crazy heat got here. However, it is hot here in Oklahoma this week. What about where you live?
Before I start, thank you so so much to Lamps Plus and At Home for sponsoring our blog hop! It was so fun in store and online shopping. It made this process so much more fun!
In case you haven’t been completely following along, this is what we started with:
and… here’s what we have now!
What a difference, right? First, we had sod installed last fall. I know that doesn’t fit within this four week reveal, but it’s what changed quite a bit – especially since the last picture was taken!
One of the biggest changes is landscaping, obviously. Adding sod as well as planting some flowers with mulch surrounding it, not much is really left to change — or is there?? 🙂
Also, just adding small things like a house numbers planter, potted plant (with a fairy garden!) as well as a door hanger, it just gets better! I love adding these kinds of pieces with COLOR! My color scheme for my front porch was royal blue, hot pink and white, though our siding and brick are more of a beige.
As expected, I stopped by Target to pick up the Oh Joy for Target Summer collection. Aren’t these glasses to die for?
I am also obsessed with this light from Lamps Plus — it automatically turns on at night and brightens up the porch so well!
I love these chairs and small table I picked up from At Home! The chairs are perfect to add color to the front porch, and the table is modern and light weight so it can be moved around easily.
I also love the Giant Marquee D more than I thought I would. After adding the globe lights, it became my favorite thing on the porch and was so so easy to make!
Oh, and don’t think I brought you here for nothin’! We’re having a giveaway!
